JENHO has implemented education projects across multiple regions of Afghanistan to expand access to safe, inclusive, and quality learning opportunities for vulnerable children. A core focus of JENHO’s education programming has been the promotion of girls’ education. To address barriers to access and retention, JENHO has improved learning environments for girls, including the construction of girl-oriented schools that provide safe and culturally appropriate spaces, contributing to increased enrollment and sustained attendance.
